Tabi’s only back for a while, so come along to this show to say hi to them. Benefit gig for Punk 4 The Homeless Saturday 19th March The Queens Head Brixton 7pm, FREE (donations will be taken for homeless charities) with Gutts, Nouveau Bleach and Angry.
Thank you to Mike and the South London Punk Collective for putting a fantastic gig last night. It was great to play at a gig with almost all females on stage. Let’s do it again soon!

Today we had a fun pre-gig practice with Mike (Dinosaur Skull) who is standing in for Tabi on drums at the Queens Head tomorrow. We are so excited about this gig, we’ve been playing gigs for almost 23 years and for most of that we’ve been the ‘token girls’ in a man’s domain. This is the first time we have played on such a female centric line up (Mike will be the only man on stage all night). 23 years ago we could only dream of this line up happening. Mike organised this gig, and when he was choosing the bands for the night he said that it didn’t hit him until the line up was fixed that he would be the only man on stage all night, and he said that he wants to wear a ‘token male’ T-shirt to the gig, (so I drew him wearing it). Rabies Babies are playing at 8pm, so please come early!
We made a record and it’s in the shops today!
We can’t do a gig to celebrate so we’re having an online party instead and you’re invited!
Hear our whole record, with home made videos, chat and costume changes.
This link will be made live today at 2pm London time (3pm Amsterdam time / 9am NY time)

We made a video for a song off our new mini album on Damaged Goods Records
It was filmed by all three of Rabies Babies and our lockdown friends, and it’s our take on the lockdown craziness – spending weekends making plasticine monsters instead of going to gigs, enjoying the empty streets of Dalston, being sad at the shut up playgrounds, binge watching puffins on webcams, sometimes feeling miserable and just wanting to cry and stay in bed, going stir crazy and having to have a dance or cycle or shout to get it all out. We hope this will bring a smile to you and you have fun singing along.
Lots of love from Rabies Babies.
